The Elvis Dog Costume is white with gold-colored cuffs and trim at the bottom, and gold collar with red star at the tips. X-Small: Length - 6-9 inches; Neck - 6-9 inches; Girth - 9-13 inches. Measurements are taken from the base of the neck to the base of the tail for length; around the neck at the top of the shoulders for the neck; for the girth, measure at the broadest part of the chest or ribcage.
